Prior to starting his own firm, Mike worked as Managing Attorney and as an Associate Attorney at three of the largest personal injury firms in the Arlington, Dallas, and Fort Worth area. Mike gained valuable experience from working at these firms but realized that many of them lacked common customer service practices. He wanted to provide a better legal experience overall.
